・Names of participants/dancer(s) from each halau

Fill all pertinent information for Fact Sheets.  Any additional research and information can be added to Fact Sheets.  Any revisions or changes shall be made in written form and submitted no later than October 31, 2007.  Please submit only individual revised sections.

Ho'ike (Final Night)
The Ho‘ike also welcomes Hula Halau from around the world wanting to share their talents.  It is open to all ages and gender within a halau.  Keiki to Kupuna, Kane and Wahine are indeed welcome to participate. Ho’ike applications must be submitted to participate.
